By applying to this contest the applicants accept and agree with the rules of a KCBS sanctioned contest as well as the additional rules of Country Road & BBQ Contest specified below.
The Organizers of Country Road & BBQ Contest padding the faculty to disqualify any team or ask team members to leave the contest area if problem situations should arise.

- Grease stains must not dirty the asphalt. It’s a duty of each team to prevent this to happen, otherwise fines may be applied by the Authorities.

- Borrowed equipment, stands, tables or chairs must be returned in good state, as they have been supplied.


WAIVER OF LIABILITY: accepting this entry, the Team Captain, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for yourself, your heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages that may occurr against the Organization of Country Road & BBQ Contest, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by yourself in this event. Further, you hereby grant full permission to the Organization of Country Road & BBQ Contest and any authorized by them, to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
